Jake first became associated with the firm May, 2004. During his career, he has been employed by a Fortune 100 insurance company as a trial attorney, and was an associate at one of Massachusetts’ largest litigation firms. Jake has tried dozens of jury trials to verdict in Massachusetts courts, including cases involving automobile tort, construction litigation, and premises liability. His practice focuses primarily in litigation involving personal injury, insurance coverage disputes, construction litigation, and wrongful death matters. He also has extensive experience in resolution of matters through mediation and arbitration.
Jake maintains an active juvenile court practice where he represents indigent defendants. He remains dedicated to enhancing the public’s view of the law and lawyers, and among other pro-bono activities, he volunteers for Pilgrim Bar Advocates in the Southeast Housing Court Lawyer of the Day Program. He was selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers.
