Scott Brilliant joined the firm as an associate in 2001 and practices in civil litigation. Scott attended the University of Massachusetts and graduated his class cum laude in 1996. He graduated from Suffolk University Law School cum laude. Scott was a bodily injury claim representative and product liability claims examiner for Electric Insurance Company in Beverly, Massachusetts prior to joining McGowan and Associates. Scott is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and a member of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
